VIDEO: 'Cypher' Wins QuakeCon 2014 Yet Again, With Amazing Comebacks Against 'DaHanG'

Last Week was a Proud One for Titan, as Alexei 'Cypher' Yanushevsky Became the Winner of the QuakeCon 2014 Duel Masters Invitational. Having had a Shaky Start in the Group Stage, Beating Sergey 'Evil' Orekhov but Losing Out to Both Last Year’s Winner Shane 'Rapha' Hendrixson and 2012 Finalist Tim 'DaHanG' Fogarty, 'Cypher' Narrowly Advanced through to the 2nd Day Playoffs. Once there, however, Yanushevsky Took Down 4 Opponents in Quick Succession, Showing Amazing Form by Not Dropping a Single Map. In a Rematch Not Only of the Group Stage but, for the 1st Time in QuakeCon History also a Rematch of an Earlier Year’s Finals, 'Cypher' Once mMore Went Up against 'DaHanG' for the Duel Masters Title. But, just as in the 2012 Finals, 'Cypher' Yet Again Managed to Defeat the American, this Time with a Decisive 3:0 Map Score on Aerowalk, Toxicity and Lost World. This Victory also Marked a Record Breaking 4 QuakeCon Consecutive Wins for Yanushevsky, Making him the Most Successful Quake Live Champion to Date.
