VIDEO: "OxygenOS" for OnePlus One is Finally Available




OnePlus Users Who Want to Try Out "OxygenOS", Can Now Download the Final ROM and Flash it on their Devices. Towards the End of Last Year, OnePlus Revealed its Plans to Develop a Lollipop-Based ROM of its Own, to Reduce Dependence upon Cyanogen. Finally, after a Slight Delay, the "OxygenOS" ROM is Available for Download from OnePlus' Website. According to OnePlus, "OxygenOS" is Free from Bloatware and Provides a Nearly Stock Android Lollipop Experience with a Few Additions such as Gestures, Extra Customization Options and a Tweaked Quick Settings Bar.


Users will be Able to Report any Issues with the ROM, Using a Feedback App which is also Available from the Website or Use the Company's Forums. "OxygenOS" Doesn't Support In-Place Upgrade for Existing OnePlus One Devices Running on Cyanogen Yet but, the Company has Stated that, it is Working on a Solution for the Next Release. At the Moment, Users will Have to Wipe their Storage and will Lose their Apps and Data if they Choose to Install "OxygenOS".
