VIDEO: PC "Grand Theft Auto 5" Coming in January with First-Person Support ?




Rockstar Games Announces a January 27 Release Date for the Windows Edition of "Grand Theft Auto 5" which will Follow the Release of the XBox One and PlayStation 4 Editions of the Open World Action Sequel on November 18th. They Celebrate the News with a New Trailer Titled, "A Picket Fence and a Dog Named Skip". Rockstar also Offers More Details on How "GTA 5" will be Improved for the More Powerful Systems, as well as, Word on Improvements for Last-Gen Consoles.

"Grand Theft Auto 5 for PlayStation 4, XBox One and PC will feature a range of major visual and technical upgrades to make Los Santos and Blaine County more immersive than ever. In addition to increased draw distances and higher resolution, players can expect a range of additions and improvements including: New weapons, vehicles and activities Additional wildlife Denser traffic New foliage system Enhanced damage and weather effects and much more Grand Theft Auto 5 for PlayStation 4, XBox One and PC will also feature enhanced radio selections with over 100 additional new songs and new DJ mixes from returning DJs across the game’s 17 radio stations. Also a Post on the GTA Forums Claims a Confirmation of First-Person Support in Next-Gen Editions of "Grand Theft Auto 5", Discussing Improvements to First-Person Driving and the Addition of an On-Foot First-Person Mode for the upcoming Windows, XBox One and PlayStation 4 Editions of the Open-World Action Game. They Say the Original Posts were Deleted and Link to a Cached Version but, that's Blank as of this Writing as well. They also Have a Screen Capture of the Page, though that Obviously Carries Less Weight, since it Could be Faked. The Purported Post also Mentions an included Video Editor for "for advanced movie-making".
