Last Week, Opera had a Little Surprise for Windows Phone Users, with the Announcement that, it was Planning to Launch its Mini Browser for the OS and an Invitation to Users to Register for an upcoming Beta Release. The Company Promised that, it Would Use the Feedback of these Early Adopters to Help it "make improvements to give you the best browsing experience on your Windows Phone". However, those Who Signed Up Received Confirmations of their Registration but, Never Got the Invitations they were Expecting to actually Download the App.
But Now, Exactly One Week after the Announcement, "Opera Mini" has Landed in the Windows Phone Store as an Open Beta, Available to Download for Anyone with a Windows Phone 8 or 8.1 Device, as WPCentral 1st Noted. "Opera Mini" will also be Making its Way to Other Microsoft Handsets; Last Month, the Company Signed a Deal with Microsoft which will See "Mini" Become the Default Browser on All of its Nokia Series 30+, Series 40 and Asha Handsets.
