"China's Youngest Hacker", Speaks at China Internet Security Conference

A 13-Year-Old "Internet Security Prodigy" Who's also been Dubbed by Media as "China's Youngest Hacker", Spoke in Front of an Audience at the 2014 China Internet Security Conference in Beijing Last Week and Stressed that, he Prefers to be Seen as 'an Ethical Computer Hacker'. In Response to Media Reports Claiming that, he'd Hacked the System of an Online Store to Change the Price of an Item from 2,500 Yuan to 1 Yuan, Young Wang Zhengyang, a Junior High School Student in Beijing, Said that, he Merely Meant to "Help Fix the Website", Want China Times Relays. Reports also Accused him of Tampering with his School's Online System to Avoid Turning in Some Homework.

In April, the Teenager Contacted Qihoo 360 Technology, a Beijing-Based Software Company, about Potential System Flaws that, Could Affect over 100 Educational Institutions in the Country. "I think those who hack all day for profit are immoral", Said Wang. "It is interesting to look for website security risks and I am overwhelmed with joy when I find one. But, I will not use my talent for something illegal."
